27 January 2019 Can a Whole Time Company Secretary be appointed in more than one Company under the Companies Act, 2013?

29 January 2019 As per Section 203, a whole time CS or KMP of a company can not be appointed in any other company except its subsidiary company. Hence, a whole time company secretary of a company can only be appointed in its subsidiary company.
