Existing Auditor resign on Dec 2016 but company communicate with new auditor April 2017 , my question is - date from which new auditor take appointment and also reply with - whether is it normal appointment or casual vacancy ?

Previous Auditor SRN file on Jan 2017 for ADT-3

01 June 2017 It will be Casual Vacancy occurred due to resignation of Auditor. Appointment of subsequent auditor shall be approved by the Company in General Meeting within 3 months from the recommendation by the Board.
