I HAVE CLEARED MY CA FINAL EXAMINATION IN NOV. 2012 ATTEMPT, BUT MY TRAING WILL COMPLETE ON 21ST FEB, 2013, CAN I APPLY FOR THE POST OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT? OR SHOULD I WAIT TILL MY ARTICLESHIP TRAINING WILL COMPLETE AND I WILL TAKE MY MEMBERSHIP NO.?

After completion of your articleship and GMCS then only you can apply and take Membership no. Till completion of articleship and GMCS you are the Student of CA.
