Application to icai for articleship termination

27 June 2017 Dear sir/madam,
whether i can take transfer on the groud that i am shifting to my home town due to some problems in the 2nd year of articleship?
if yes, then what is the format of application to be given to icai?
please resolve my query as soon as possible

28 June 2017 This clause is applicable to you Transfer of a working parent to another city involving a distance of minimum 50 kms (on production of a certified copy of the transfer order and the proof of relocation to another City).
