02 May 2011 How far it is possible that the new Direct tax code proposed to be implemented April 1, 2012 onwards will be applicable for NOV 12 CA-final exam.

02 May 2011 If the Direct Tax Code comes into existence w.e.f. April 1 2012 then it shall be applicable to exams from May 2013 onwards. It won't be applicable for Nov-12 exams.

but amendments made by finance bill ,let us say Finance bill 2011 , is immediately applicable in May 2011 exams , than why not
New direct Tax code applicable from April 1, 2012 in Nov 12 ca exams.
