Applicability of New DT code for NOV 12 Exam

How far it is possible that the new Direct tax code proposed to be implemented April 1, 2012 onwards will be applicable for NOV 12 CA-final exam.

If the Direct Tax Code comes into existence w.e.f. April 1 2012 then it shall be applicable to exams from May 2013 onwards. It won't be applicable for Nov-12 exams.

Thanks sir,
but amendments made by finance bill ,let us say Finance bill 2011 , is immediately applicable in May 2011 exams , than why not
