08 November 2012 a company fall under the criteria of caro for F.Y. 2009,10,11 , but do not fulfill ANY criteria in the F.Y. 2011 - 2012

is caro applicable lifetime ??

or not applicable in F.Y. 2011-12 ??

If conditions for non-applicability fulfilled by the company, then that particular year CARO Reporting is not necessary. The Audit report has to mention this fact.
