DTC and GST are to become applicable from 1st April 2011.. will they b applicable for May 2011 exam(I don think so, but want to confirm)??
If not, then from when will it become applicable for exams????????

DTC & GST will not apply in May 2011 exams.
DTC will not apply in November 2011 exams also.
However nothing can be said for NOV 2011 exams for GST as it is still in the proposed stage i. e. proposed to be levied w. e. f. 01.04.2011 but yet not finalised. If it will be applicable w. e. f. 01.04.2011 then the same will apply for Nov 2011 exams as the same was is effect six months before the exams.
