hey, how to correct mistake in filed AOC 4 , how it can be revised or how to approach mca

An affidavit is required to be submitted by the Directors by accepting faults have been done and accompanied with an application by stating the Rectification to be done in the Form and Request to Mark the Filed form as " DIFFECTIVE" to the Respective ROC .
Thereafter, ROC will mark the Form as Defective and advise the Company to file a fresh Form with necessary correction in a stipulated time.
