amendment in registration certififcate

i have filed online amendment in service tax to incorporate new service.....whether the papers are required to be submitted to service tax office? whether a new paper certificate will be issued or otherwise whether a amended certificate will be issued online?

Hi,
in case of amendment in service tax registration also, paper documents are required to be submitted to the service tax department within 7 days of online application. The paper documents will be same as papers to be submitted at the time of fresh application.
Amended certificate will be issued by the department online.
