While filing the prescribed Returns with the McA on the above subject, is it neccessary to attach a full set of the amended M & AoA or only the relevant clause be attached?
If the Authorised Capital of the Company is raised from Rs.7 crores to Rs. 57 croes what is the filing fees payable to including stamp duties?
Can effect be given to the alterations immediately after passing the resolutions or the Company has to wait till approvals of the McA?

Full set of MOA and AOA will only suffice.
Check the filing fees on ROC.
Once u file the e-form 5, the ROC will update the Authorised Capital within very short time duration.
