My qus. is this if any Listed company Declare AGM Date 27.09.2013 and Book closure Date 24.09.2013 to 27.09.2013 And not mentioned Record Date in AGM notice. Than what is record date.

Record date is normally falls on the last book closing date i.e., 27.09.2013 in your case.
