Age limit for freshers in Indian Corporates

19 September 2016 Hello Everyone, I am here to ask guidance from all of u. I am a 26 year old girl doing professional courses. I have done 12 th from science and later shifted to commence. I finished my post graduation M.com in 2013. I joined CMA and CS after graduation and now I am in finals of both. I failed in CMA once. I have planned this one year to study well and finish CMA . I am sure about my skills, capabilities and knowledge. My question is about age criteria for cma fresher's in CMA campus placements. I will be almost 27 when I will be a CMA. people around me tell me it's very late as a fresher and will be difficult for me to get a job as companies have age criteria for students. I don't want to lose my motivation while studying . I have no guidance available to tell me the reality so it will be of much help to me if you can guide me. isn't it fair to judge a candidate on knowledge basis instead of age ? not everything is in our hands in real life.

19 September 2016 Madam, now a days the employer look the employability if a candidate.whether he or she can work as a team.
Do show as you can work as a team.if yu are honest and deducated the employer will fibd from your eyes .definitely you can get a job.find out your expertise in the area
Remember you are the only person who can judge your success.

25 October 2016 All that news is rubbish, cut the crap and don't listen to them. If you have the passion and skill sets to showcase your talent companies would definitely would be interested in hiring such candidates. Don't get carried away by rumors or hearsay, that is not the truth. A good corporate would be willing to hire and retain talents people who can be valuation for them and age is not a reason.

Kindly, focus on your immediate examination and stay positive and focused and things will go your way. All the very best.
