Advice for a career in finance/investment sector after c.a.

Hello Everyone,
I have completed my C.A in Nov. 2012 attempt and now looking for a job.I want to do a career in Finance & investment sector, But i don't know how can i reach there. Market condition for the jobs is really horrible. I wish to be a part of MNC organizations like J.P.Morgan, Morgan Stanly etc. But neither i have good reference nor idea how to be there. Also tell me, how should my approach be? Before reaching there, in which organization /field i should start my career. I wish to do other courses also, but only after joining somewhere. Please advice me about any course also.

you can work in investment company(may be smaller one like India infoline)and try out for bigger one later....working in jp morgan requires good communication skills and including knowledge in the field.
