Advance Tax paid in wrong PAN

If a company paid advance income tax & advance FBT on account of wrong PAN. Then, what should company do to claim/ reverse the taxes paid earlier.

Company needs to write a letter to the AO of his jurisdiction and also needs to correct the record with bank.
