Which procedures is better for ca students for addmission in ignou ... during ipcc or after ipcc.

I don't think it matters a lot when you register yourself in IGNOU. If you are opting for BCOM(A&F) or Mcom (F&T, as most of your papers are exempt. It doesn't demand too much from you.
