25 March 2011 An X Company having 2 Directors wishes to appoint 2 Additional Directors. Within a Day of their Appointment the existing 2 Directors want to resign from the Board. Is it Possible for the Board to consist of only 2 Additional Directors?
Please Clarify

25 March 2011 But Sir, isn't an Additonal Director an Addition to the Board? So when there are no Regular Directors how can the additonal directors supplement their actions to the Board?

25 March 2011 rights & duties of additional directors are same like normal directors. Only their appointment is made till the date of AGm and needs to be regularised.
