Iam working in a manufacturing unit, manufacturing activated carbon?wht is its percent? & on which items i.e,goods inward & outward is taken i need tds rates?Please help

for transport if transport company provides the PAN then no need to deduct the TDS (applicable from 1.10.2009)
for purchases - no tds.
if u are receiving any services lke job contracts then TDS will apply.
