Please clarify Is there any procedure to submit to Excise Dept if the manufacturing/production running other then Excise Registered premises?

13 May 2009 YES YOU HAVE TO DISCLOSE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS BUT AS PER CETA ACT 1985 MANUFACTURING ACTIVITIES CAN NOT BE TAKEN OTHER THAN REGISTERED PREMISES .

Thank u very much for your information
If the ITEM (Hardware & Software) was invented by us & still running R&D with excise registration premis only

but we are given OUT SOURCING for full PRODUCTION (Hardware only) other then our remore sofware.

is it require to us CE registration
if requires/not requires what is the procedure

there is a option in the PO Billing Address and Delivery Place so plz tell me Shall we write on the Excise Gate Pass Billing address or Whare House
