kindly tell me please that accounts books are required to maintain or not ,in case when a client has business income net 210000/-

If the assessee's Turnover is less than 1 cr in the FY and he is ready to pay tax @ 8% as presumptive Income under Section 44AD. And the Assesse atleast should be able to Prove the Turnover.
