Sir I want to Know That Accourding To ICAI New Rule What is Condition for Termination from Articalship.

New rule bares a student to take transfer in first 6 montha nd last 12 months of articleship trainee.

watever said by the CA Prakash Somani is very true. along with that, if you want to take transfer you can not take transfer within same city and the place which comes under the distance of the 50 km of your present articleship. and for the change of the city also you have to give some proof that why you change the city?
