04 December 2013 My cousin is a civil engineer he taken contract & also doing a job in private office as employee. Last year TDS was dedcuted from there salary also contract project payments. (Form 16 & Form 16A)also with him. So how to file his return (refund).And which form should be used form that.Please guide me.
