is it true that ca final exam eligibility is preponed by 6 months for both PCC & IPCC students...(for ipcc both group clear is necessary?????????)

Forstarting articleship you need to clear first group of IPCC but for giving exam of CA Final ofcourse u need to pass Full IPCC first.
