Dear Sir,
Dear Sir, We are registered as Manufacturer but not as trader under Excise. We have imported goods as LED Tubes and selling to our client. There is no manufacturing process involved. Can we sell the goods to the party and pass on the import duty credit to him. Do we need to apply for registration as registered dealer under excise first.
