Sir,My brother completed ca final in May 2016.The last date also completed. what amount I had to pay for getting membership now. My brother also get rank in CA final. Please guide me in this regard.

That is only for Members who had to pay Membership cum Certificate of Practice Fees for the year, they had time till 30th September 2016.
In your Brother's case, he is still not a member. Once he applies for Membership then from that time onward the Fees would become applicable and for that purpose he has to pay the requisite fees as prescribed.
