if i made payment of exp. in instalments of 19500. of a single bill of rs.300000 in different dates. will it disallow my exp. The said exp. is made by an NGO. kindly reply with supporting case laws.

It will not be disallowed as payment by cash on a single day does not exceeds Rs. 20,000/-.

If payment made on two different date for the above bill will not attract disallowance since the Act stipulate a single payments which exceeds more than 20,000/-
