21 June 2008 If a single person have Proprietorship in two firms and both firms has Tax audit so how much 3CD form was made in this matter pls tell me the number of 3CD form with reason

22 June 2008 only one 3cd form is required as 3cd is reported for the person who is liable to tax i.e combined 3cd report of single person is required tobe prepared.
