Please enter correct PAN on the person responsible for TDS Deduction on first page of utility.

I entered Valid PAN noof Responsible person but, this query generated all 24Q files

There is no such error generated for our cases until today. so please once check the PAN with the PAN Card or in ITD website. If PAN is wrong, then the invalid PAN error will be shown by the RPU. We should give correct PAN.

Once Verify your pan on TRACES & also confirm that you entered PAN at proper field.
