25 July 2019 DEAR SIR

Income tax notice says total receipts in 26as is higher than total income shown in ITR-4 return for claiming tds.
Income tax ask to show total receipts in 44AE income but there is no option to show total receipts in 44AE so what is the probable solution of it.
But only shows vehicles detail and its income .

26 July 2019 If Your income in 26AS is not more than that you show income in your ITR 4 SEC 44AE total income.
please check it and show your income equal or more than 26AS

26 July 2019 Dear sir,

But total receipt shown in 26as cannot be treated as total income for 44ae .
For the financial year, 2018 – 2019, the following provision for the calculation of taxable income under section 44AE shall be applicable.

For light goods vehicle (less than the gross weight of 12MT) Rs. 7,500 per vehicle per month (part shall be considered full month).
For heavy goods vehicle (more than 12 MT gross weight) – Rs. One thousand per tonne per vehicle per month (part will be considered full month).
And there is no option to show total receipt in ITR-4 utilitie for 44ae and it only ask vechicles details and it's income per month.
