16 January 2023 Generally GST officer visits the premises for verification of address. If you have separate comparments with documental evidence, it will be accepted, otherwise not.

16 January 2023 For different PAN, the GSTIN will be different... So, both of them can do businesses...
Depends upon separate units, may be in same bigger premise...
