28 September 2010 can anyone tell me that i am a individual & my incometax for the year of 2009-2010 206250 . can anyone tell me in which percentage income tax will deduct my tax. as per my knowledge 30% & sir plz tell me
ndividual,firm , co. vise rate of percentage .

28 September 2010 for individual it is based on slabs and for firms and companies it is 30%.

for individual basic slab rates will differ for men , women and senior individual. it starts from 10% then 20% and then 30%

29 September 2010 but sir it is matter of firm . i have a firm & i have to use my pan card no. behalf of my firm & sir it is a propriter ship firm.
