Sir,is it neccessary to get permission of ICAI,if i want to get registered for cs&cwa.
Currently i'm registered for CA nd doing IPCC nd B.com

Now you are not in articleship then not required to get permission from ICAI. But at the time of registration to articleship you have to send form 112 for the other courses doing by you along with CA at that time.
Note: ICAI only permit to do only one other course along with CA during the articleship period with out crashing of articleship training hours. So if you opted both CS & CWA along with your CA-IPCC and b.com now then you have to break any of two courses at the time of registration to articleship among the B.com,CS & CWA if you are going more than one course at that time on these.

Yes, at present you are not undergoing of articleship so no need to take permission from ICAI.
