Postal Ballot means voting by post or through any electronic mode. It includes voting by shareholders by postal or electronic mode instead of voting personally for transacting business in a general meeting.
Under the provision of the Companies Act, 2013, Board of Directors forms committee so that they can delegate certain matters to the committees set up for the purpose.
The definition of meeting is not provided under the Companies Act, 2013. But in layman language, a meeting is when two or more people come together to discuss one or more topics, often in a formal or business setting.
