had cleared my pe-2 exams in may 2008 and strted my 3 yrs articleship in month of sep 2008 and have done my artisleship in 3 firms. 1st firm : from 22-9-2008 to 1-1-2009 2nd firm : from 2-1-2009 to 23-4-2009. 3rd firm : from 24-4-2009- 21-9-2011. My questions: q1) in form 108 when dey are askin for date of commencement of artisleship on page 4 of form no 108 den wat should i write from above 3 dates ie of last firm date of 24-4-2009 or actually startting of ma articleship with first firm i.e 22.9.2008??? q2) In same form on page 4 dey are askin for PERIOD FROM.................... To.............................. Which dat i should write ie from 24-4-2009 to 21.9.2011 of 3rd firm or 22.9.2009-21.9.2011 total period of articship?????? Remember i am askin for 4th page of form 108 and not 1st page as on first page dey are asking for the current pricipal details so ans only if ur cofirmed abt it pls. Pls reply me its urgent . Thnks in adv .
