Our ancestors had formed registered charitable trust 100 years back for performing prayers every year. It was being done so far. But now, nobody in our generation wants to take this responsibility. Please inform how to close the trust. We have do not have trust deed. Only paper we have is new trustees appointed upon death of old trustees. Kindly advise.

Sir, 1. In some text books it is seen that 25% of the profit of a banking company is transfeered to Statutory Reserve. But in some it is seen as 20%. Which is correct? 2. For calculating the rebate obn bills discounted, in ascertaining the number of unexpired days, days of grace are not taken in some texts and on some, days of grace have taken. Which is correct?
