hello sir... i am a ca pcc student.......i have only 1 month and 20 days left for completion of my articleship.... and my principle wants me to terminate articleship... i have taken total leave for 5 months during my articleship of 3 & half years... he wants to terminate me because of my silly mistakes in the work.. e.g. formating mistakes in report... or sometimes bit delay in completing particular work.. so on what ground he can terminate me for 1 month & 20 days without any extension and any adverse comment regarding my period served?? plz help me at earliest...

Dear Sir, I am a PCC rankholder, looking out for Industrial Training. I have 13 months pending for my articleship. I have an offer from a good company for my IT for 11 months. After which I have once month balance for my articleship completion. Can I take a transfer back under a CA for 12 months ?
