Dont lose heart . Never give up. Always think that u have not failed just ur success has been postponed for 6 months. Dont care about what frends and relatives say. When u become ca they will hug u . Never lose confidence. U only can motivate urself. when sachin scores a century no one remembers whether he scored a duck in previous innings. So always believe in ur hard work and smart work.

AS YOU SAID YOU HAD CLEARED 1ST GROUP IN THIRD ATTEMP , THEN I AM SURE U WILL CLEAR UR 2ND GROUP ALSO

LOOK AT UR MARKSHEET AGAIN AND YOU CAN SEE HOW CLOSE U R TO PASS THE GROUP.

MY ADVICE IS, NOT TO QUIT CA BECAUSE U R NOT WASTE AT ALL

PULL UR SHOCKS AND DO MORE HARD WORK AND U WILL CLEAR UR EXAMS THIS TIME.

FAILURE IS NOTHING, IT IS JUST AN FEEDBACK, LEARN FROM IT AND GIVE UR BEST NEXT TIME

ive lost final and i was very confident

this time i would get through in first group.

But  i got horrible marks even.  all between 25 and 35.

This is all about CA buddy try try you will suceed.  Just

forget about it for two days and then analyse yourself and

you can suceed next tme.  You are just a small step ahead of the hurdle.

REMEMBER YOU CAN DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING ....

as said by Swamy vivekananda.  So we can do it BUT BELIVE IN YOUSELF.

My dear friend ananth... pls dont quit .. its my humble request to you.You are not waste ok and one more thing ye jaroori nahe hai ki pce mein itna time lag gaya to final mein kya hoga.. its not necessary..may be u can crack final exam in ist attempt.

My suggestion to you at time time that u need to concentrate on theory portion rather than practical and more emphasis on chapters carrying more weighatge in ques paper

I Cleared My First Group in 4Th attempt and second group in 8th attempt. So dont be sad, take inspration from my success and keep trying

Apply for getting certified copies of marks sheet asap .. marks sheet not for hope of enhancement of markas becaz only 0.5 % chances of that..

You can cross verify with certified mark sheets that where were you lack and u can see other friends mark sheets that how to fetch good marks. about presentation skills and all.... u got an idea that way of checking answer sheets.

Quiting CA is not an option for you, you have already put your 4 years in CA so now you have to fight with your life,

I mean this is your battle and " jawan kabhi peeth dikha kar nahi bhagta""  With your story i wanna share my own story when i was started my P.E. II my father passed away and we are in financial crisis, 

i have given my first attempt after loosing my father and i'have failed, every one told me that you should start a job but my mom supported me and in next attempt i've passed 1grp only after that in 3rd attempt i've failed again and this was the worst time i am facing in my life and i started a job in CA firm but i haven;t quit and try to prepare myself to given exam,

and finally in 4th attempt i've passed P.E.II and started my Articleship

and also in final i've lost my 2nd group in recent result i have my full family responsibility, i am married now i am in full time job and i am doing travelling daily from Bulandshahr to chatarpur, Delhi its app. 90 km one side and spend 3 hour one side

but till now i am desperate to be Chartered Accountant studied during travel giving sometime to family and wife 

and in the office my boss are very happy with me

So to be concluded "LIFE SE BHAGNA KOI SOLUTION NAHI HOTA AGAR QUIT KARNA HI THA TO QUIT JAB KARTE JAB TUM CHALNA SIKHE THA, JAB TUM PADNA SIKHE THA BECAUSE THAT WAS TOO TOUGH"

SO ANANTH DONT QUIT HOPE FOR THE BEST TIME COME OUT IN YOUR LIFE AND YOU WILL REACH AT UR DESTINY.

I think u shld analyse ur problems rather than quitting. Plan, Prepare and Practice focus on these 3 and im sure u will succeed. Thats my personal experience.
