Sir, I am also of the view that 234A interest can not levied in the case of Revised Return us/.139(5). But Sir, do you have any case citation on this matter ? If yes, can you please provde the references.

Hi , I had posted this question on Ca club's forums. http://www.caclubindia.com/forum/details.asp?mod_id=384720&offset=1 I got few replies but I am still not sure which option should I select while replying to the outstanding tax demand. Could you please let me know if we can have a telephonic call in which I will explain to you the issue and then take your advice? Can you let me know if you charge for telephonic consultation? hello sir, as you know only 2 months left for exams, i need some guidance. My status is - in first group i have done only FR and 30% SFM and second group i have completed 3 months back, but i need to revise it again. So sir according to u , i should give only 2nd group or both?

Dear Members, I gave both groups in May 2016 nd cleared Group CA Final in that attempt but again at the time of filing Nov 2016 Group 2 Exam i failed to enter last Appearance in exam but correctly quoted passing details is there any issue pls Suggest................Still today have not got Group 1 Marksheet
