sir, I have cleared my pe2 in june 2009 and registered for articleship on 28th october 2009 .I want to know whether I am eligible to appear in ca final november 2011. please reply early if possible.

I am purchasing a house owned by NRI seller, i have few quarries. Am i lable for TDS of capital gain ? If the NRI want an advance assessment of capital gain, where should he apply (he has taken a PAN)
