we are facing a problem while filing st3 in the colum no 4b.we were paid interest.so in the colum of 4b what source document number should i take? and we have exempted services.we need notification number of sez units in the area of visakhapatnam how can i know the sez notification number.please clarify....

My friend done the articleship during the period 20.10.2006 to 19.10.2009 in that period B.com is also completed in march,2007. Articles are effected by 4 months. actually some colleges taking the admission without attending colleges by paying fee. Institute asked for explanationnts. what i going to give reply

A partnership firm was formed by 2 partners on 28.11.1995. However there are no transactions of sale and purchases till now. Land & building was purchased by the firm on 8.2.2002 for Rs. 50,000/- and sold on 30.8.2011 for Rs. 15,00,000/-. Is there long term capital gain tax in the hands of firm. How the tax liability in the hands of the firm can be reduced to the minimum? What is the taxability in the hands of partners, if sale proceeds are distributed to parners on closure of firm?
