sir, i am a salary employe & regular assess my total taxable income of AY. 2011-12 Rs. 249240.00 & Rs. 9191.00 TDS deduct by my employer my minor daughter who is also holder of PAN she have a fixed deposit & bank Account with SBI bank now Bank given interest on Fixed Deposit Rs. 26156.00 and bank deduct TDS of Rs. 5232.00 on Fixed Deposit interest amount she have no another income my query is please let me know that the income of my minor daughter will be club with my income if yes than please direct me how my minor daughter claim for TDS refund. If No than in which ITR Will Be submit form my minor daughter & who will sign on that ITR & How She will get the refund.

Lowrence says : cpc arrear demand notice
I received "Arrear Demand" notice from CPC, Bangalore. It says that in the AY 2008-09, the amount to be paid is Rs. 8,381. Actually, at that particular time, I worked for a company called Omniscribe Solutions Limited, and I am not sure if I submitted the original Form 16 while filing returns, or my employer did not issue it to me at all. In any case, I do not have the Form 16 (original or duplicate) with me now. I have the ITR with the seal on it. Please advise.

sir can u help me as i m trying to upload form 1 & 32 for company registration but error is coming that DSC dosent match the din identity. I had also trying to register DSC for the same person but it is asking maiden name of mother but system is not accepting it and in DIN 1 also we had not given mothers maiden name please help.

R/sir my salary is 39000/-pm(my slary is divided 60%basic+18%HRA+10%conv.+12%other) my saving is LIC 8100/-,ppf 10000/-,tution fess 14520/-,rent 6700p.m for 11 month. home loan Emi amount prepayment if any 9677/-(Principal amount is 2240/- & interest component is 7437/-) Payable for 1.4.2011 to 31.12.2011 Loan Disbursement date 31.12.2012 i submit my office 11 month rent slip. pls tell me my tax amount.
