the deceased member A has transferred the shares to member D via a will. Member A had a folio number 1 being the original shareholder Will member D transfer share reflect in folio number 1 or some other folio number. If it appears in folio 1 then is their any nature of forgery.

Sir,I have completed 2 years of articleship would like to terminate on medical grounds i had consulted private ayurvedic doctor So when I called ICAI regarding the say they said to obtain pvt dr's medical certificate and on that basis request a government doctor to issue me a medical certificate. I have obtained private dr's certificate But what guarantee is there that the Govt dr will issue me the medical certificate Please help

I have query regarding approval of share transfer form. If Company having two Directors namely Mr. A and Mr. B. and Mr. A has 90% shareholding and Mr. B has 10% shareholding. Mr. A wants to transfer his shares to his wife but Mr. B is objecting the same. He is deliberately not attending Board Meeting for approval of share transfer form and signed any documents on behalf of the Company. Then, How can this transferred in being done ?. Please provide some procedure
