Sir, I have filed form1A for a public limited company, but due to mistak i have opted under col. no. 3 of form 'private' instead of public. accordingly concerened officer approved the same as a public limited company. but class of company is private. Subseq. i have filed Form1 for public limited company, but they are not approving the same. How is this possible to incorporate a company as private or public. Thnks !!
