Concession/Duty draw back

WE are going to IMPORT broadcasting/telecasting machineries for a newly launched channel.

Whether any dutydrawback/concession is available on IMPORT of capital Goods.

We do not export any material.
If yes what is the procedure to claim concession/dutydrawback.

epcg licence

My doubts are:

1) Firstly, when we apply for EPCG lic. for local procurement, why we get refund of Excise Duty and why it is called as Refund of "TERMINAL" Excise Duty, why the word TERMINAL is used.

2) Secondly, For local procurement under EPCG lic. we will get refund of Excise Duty as mentioned above, why we will not get any refund from import items (cleared under EPCG LIC.)

3) Lastly, what benefit would govt. gets if Excise Duty is refunded to the manufacturer.

Kindly reply to my doubts

Export of Services

What are the consequences for export of services witout registering IEC code?

I have verified the official website of Directorate of General Foreign Trade but I am not able to get the result.

In the Website, they told no import or export are allowed without IEC Code but there is no clause about the consequences.

We import inputs under advance license and these inputs are consumed for manufacturing of both Domestic and export . Custome Duty is not paid but we pay CVD & SAD and for same cenvat credit is taken.
Should we keep separate records or how much duty (Custom Duty, CVD & SAD)do we require to pay to conume it for domestic purpose.

urgent reply reqd

thanks
