1. CA Naina Lal Kidwai

A Padmashree recipient, Naina Lal Kidwai is a Chartered Accountant who was the First Indian Woman Graduate from Harvard University. She was a Group General Manager and the Country Head of HSBC India. She was also the President of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). She is currently Chairperson of Max Financial Services.

2. CA Namita Thapar

Namita Thapar a Member of Chartered Accountant and MBA graduate from the Fuqua School of Business. Ms. Namita Thapar joined Emcure as CFO, post her 6-year stint at Guidant Corporation, USA, subsequently her responsibilities grew to managing Emcure's largest business unit, the India Business. She is a recipient of various prestigious corporate awards such as The Economic Times '40 under Forty' award, Barclays Hurun Next Gen Leader recognition, Economic Times 2017 Women Ahead List, World Women Leadership Congress Super Achiever award. She was also a Judge of Shark Tank India 2021, a business reality show.

 

3. CA Sripriya Kumar

A distinguished Chartered Accountant from Chennai is currently heading a well known firm in Chennai. Currently she is the Chairperson of Women Empowerment Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.She was instrumental in setting up bed management and Co-vid related reliefs by coordinating with Tamilnadu Government,in managing the bed positions and oxygen related information on the portal. She was recognised as a pioneer in the same by the CA fraternity in particular and government in general. Her Smart CA research papers and articles are very educational and informative.

4. CA Ritu Nolakh

Ritu Nolakh is the first Youngest Woman Chartered Accountant. She was only 19 when she cracked the CA examination that too in one go. She hailed from the Lunkaransar near Rajasthan's Bikaner. She is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Currently she is in a high position in the Big 4.

 

5. CA Pooja Bansal

Pooja Bansal, who became a CA at a young age of 22, also became the first woman to be elected as Vice-Chairperson (2016-17) of the North India Regional Council of ICAI. She earlier worked with several well-known banks like ICICI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank and also worked as CEO of NIRC. She is currently the Managing Partner of a well known firm.
