The Company sought an interpretative letter from the SEBI under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, with a view to seek clarification for the doubts regarding the applicability of Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting ("BRSR").
Pursuant to Section 34(3) of the LLP Act, 2008 and Rule 24 of Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, every Limited Liability Partnership, both Indian & Foreign, are required to file a Statement of Accounts & Solvency (E-Form 8) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs within the 30th of October of every financial year.
Any proprietorship, Company, society or charitable organization engaging in the import or export of goods or services duly, are required to get an unique 10 digit Import Export Code allotted to them by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce.
