ICMAI issues guidelines for members to follow while attending office amid COVID-19

The Institute of Cost Accountants of India has advised all offices of the institute to strictly follow the guidelines appended hereunder while attending the office, in order to regulate the attendance and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Custom officials seized Rs 98 crore heroin at IGI Airport

The recovered goods and concealing & packing materials were seized under Section 43 of the NDPS Act, 1985 for violation of Section 8 and 23 of the Act ibid as these were found to be liable for confiscation under Section 60 of the NDPS Act, 1985.
