what are the documents to be submitted along with Form 108 for completion of Articleship?

1. There is no other document to be submitted along with form 108. However, franking with due value to be done on the same.
2. If u submit it to the decentralised office -it is enough
3. you can calculate the no. of hours approximately on the various kinds of work you have done in your office.
