I AM UNABLE TO SAVE DATA IN AOC4 AND MGT 7A ON THE MCA PORTAL. THE AGM HAS ALREADY BEEN HELD ON 15.09.2026 AND NOW WHEN I AM TRYING TO FILE AOC4 AND MGT 7A, THE DATA IS NOT GETTING SAVED AFTER 2 STEPS. NO ERROR MESSAGE IS BEING DISPLAYED. CAN ANYONE SUGGEST WHY THIS IS HAPPENING?

Quick Summary

A user is experiencing difficulties saving data in AOC-4 and MGT-7A forms on the MCA portal, despite holding the AGM and attempting various troubleshooting steps. This is preventing timely ROC filings for FY2025-26. Potential causes like browser cache, server issues, or script blocks were suggested, but the problem persists even after trying different browsers and raising a support ticket.

If data saving stalls on MCA forms AOC-4 and MGT-7A without error codes, it is typically caused by browser cache conflicts, server timeout/congestion, or local scriptt validation blocks. Clearing browser data, switching to an Incognito window, or re-attempting during off-peak hours usually resolves the issue.
