Question : 1) To Hide Purchase Price, Can E way Bill Generate by M/s. C - West Bengal from Punjab to Bihar ? ( Under Despatch From and Shipped To Procedure )

Hiding Prices: M/s. C's sale price to M/s. D naturally hides the upstream purchase prices because D only receives C's invoice. No workaround is needed.

E-Way Bill Requirement: Yes, valid e-way bill documentation covering the interstate movement from Punjab to Bihar must map the transaction chain properly. M/s. A cannot completely ignore e-way bill compliance.

GST Scrutiny: Failing to maintain proper e-way bill and invoice links exposes M/s. A to interception risks and statutory penalties by the GST department.
