AGM Defective Notice

I need some guidance to address this issue:

1. Private Limited Company of just 2 shareholders conducted Board meeting via Audio/Visual in August 2026 and approved all financial and board report documents etc....
2. AGM via Audio Visual was conducted and minutes circulated right after.
3. When documents sent to CS for filing, says the AGM notice had a minor defect (explanatory statement and date had error)
4. We proposed to either use the notice rectification with shareholder consent and attach to minutes OR to do AGM again with shareholder consent on short notice as a AGM with defective notice is no AGM at all. Both shareholder had attended AGM and have no concerns. Our CS is saying not possible as AGM was concluded.

This should be a common situation. What is best way to address/remedy this situation if any professionals can advise.
